Location: Cuisine 219 is conveniently located 3 minutes from Gaienmae Station on the Ginza Line. Take Exit #4, cross over the pedestrian bridge (or use the crosswalk to your left) and go down the small street on the opposite side of the large road (which you have just crossed).
